I went to their sales showroom and Greg Madrzykowski was there to greet me. He said, without pressure or aggression, if you have any questions, "I will be here to help and answer your questions". I looked at the Rav4 but ended up test driving a Highlander. I fell in love with it! I knew I had to make it happen financially and over a week-long period, Greg was able to assist in getting the deal done.
