The service managers try to upsell unnecessary services, and add unwarranted charges to the bill. I was charged for emissions testing even though my vehicle was exempt due to the low mileage. The service manager was pressuring me to rotate the tires, even though they had no uneven wear and less than 5000 miles. They spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about, despite the fact that I have experience owning, driving, and working on high performance cars since before all of them were born. When my vehicle was returned to me, my seat was in the wrong position, my radio and climate control were turned off, and my windows were down. As a matter of courtesy to vehicle owners, service department employees should return vehicles to owners in the condition they received them. Dave provided me with valuable truck build updates throughout the process. Once the truck came in; financing, signing, and picking up was seamless thanks to Dave, John, and Rick! They just do not get it. I have a jeep with only 3K miles on it. It shakes violently to the point I can not drive safely. They do not seem to care. I know supply is short, but research a dealer first and buy from one providing better service than these people. More
I happened to visit this dealership on 11/3/22 to get a service work done for my heated and vented seat issue. I was told that the fuse was blown and needs a replacement. When I turned the car ON at the service area and selected heated seat option, it did not work..the guy there opened the hood and picked up the blown fuse and started to explain what might cause it. My question to the service manager was do you ever test after a service is done, in this case after a fuse replacement, was it tested before getting it to customer? No clear explanation was provided or a refund/credit is offered for a work that’s not done right. Never going here again! What a shame, this service center is 2 mins away from my place and now I have to find another one. More

I sent the better part of 3 moths going back and forth trying to get my 2 and a half year old car fixed and they never managed to get the diagnosis. Eventually the engine seized. They then left the car sitting in their lot for 6 weeks and did nothing. I finally sent an email to general manager of the dealership and then got a call from their sales department offering to buy me out of the car which I took them up on. They have had the car for over 2 months now and to my knowledge it still is not fixed. Please NEVER bring your car to this dealer's service department for anything including and oil change. If you do remember when you regret it, you were warned. More
I purchased a new Jeep Trackhawk in March 2021. During payment I was offered an extended warranty which it was stated covered "Even tires". In May a tire developed a leak - as it is a run flat it cannot be repaired - Service told me that the tire was not covered by the warranty and Tony says that he never told us that that warranty covered tires Even though there were two of in the room at the time. Flat out bald face lying - stay away from this dealership. More

The car was repaired in less than 24 hours without an appointment. Additionally a recall was done at the same time. Jo was efficient, pleasant, and very competent. I was given an accurate estimate before the job started and they stuck to it. Thank you so much. More
About a year ago there was a problem that was diagnosed as an issue with my rear drive shaft. I was told the whole rear drive shaft needed to be replaced and it would cost around $1000. I not only had a wraparound insurance, but also a power train warranty that came with new and certified used vehicles as I was told. My car needed to be under 7 years old (5 years from my purchase) and under 100k miles which not only applies now, but definitely did a year ago. I was told even though the paperwork said certified used, the "system" did not reflect that. Therefore the bill would be my problem. I needed my car so I paid it and was told to contact the dealership. From here the manager was trying to be helpful and apparently the old management from when I bought my car was let go. I was then was told the regional manager would contact us as he couldn't do anymore himself. This call never happened and then COVID started so I waited. Clearly I will not be contacted by now. I find it ridiculous, unprofessional, and dishonest that this was not addressed. I was clearly lied to about the warranty and find it inexcusable that this was completely made my problem. I appreciate the site manager attempting to help, but unfortunately this wasn't enough. I will NEVER be purchasing another Jeep or any other brand with this company after this experience. This could have easily been handled and instead Jeep has lost a customer. More
