Owner cursed at my husband,and refused to honor deal! We asked for a new minivan to lease that had a sunroof and the entertainment system that is advertised in the car with a blu-Ray player. Initially they said they found a car with both things in and did a dealer exchange to get it. Then when it finally arrived over a week later, they said oops the sales manager forgot to get it with the entertainment system Then they said they couldn't find both things in 1 car. First off, they either lied or didn't look very hard. I later found an exact match at a nearby dealer. They said they would install the entertainment system at another location after the car was delivered. Asked them to have it installed before we signed for car and they said no because we could just take it there later on our schedule. They wanted to get the paper work done as soon as the car came in because they were going to back date the paperwork so that they could make better numbers for the end of the month. The system they set up for us was a basic aftermarket DVD player with only 7 in screen. The manufacturer system was 9.1 in screens with 2 blu Ray players with touch screens, games, apps, and could be controlled by the driver. So not at all comparable to what we had already paid for. As soon as we found this out, we went back to dealership to try to rectify the situation. After 1 week of the dealership's owner ignoring our phone calls and messages, my husband went back to speak to him in person. My husband said the owner started off very annoyed to even have to speak to him. My husband said he tried to nicely inform him of the situation and the owner said it was just an f___ing blu Ray. Get over it and take what we offered you. Then he said he was tired of talking and get out of his office. Then had the sales person escort my husband to the outside door. Do not ever deal with this dealership for anything!!! More

Very Bad Evaluation and Service I've taken my 2012 Jeep Gr. Cherokee in because of a check engine light. The manager said it was a crank sensor and a cam position sensor $500. They I've taken my 2012 Jeep Gr. Cherokee in because of a check engine light. The manager said it was a crank sensor and a cam position sensor $500. They replace the sensors and the very next day check engine light comes back on. Took back the next week. They admitted they didn't need to replace the sensors they previously did and now they want to charge over $1400 to fix what they THINK IT MIGHT BE. I asked for my money back and I will go somewhere else. They have been servicing the vehicle since new. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY FOR THEIR SCREW UP. I have to get an attorney involved and I'm sure I'm going to win and they can pay his fee also. More

All about money and not the customer service Watch for the salesman. In your face trying to get you to buy a vehicle you already told him you didn't want. And after they sold me on it. I came back hours later and they wouldn't take it back unless I gave them more money. It's not like they already didn't make money off of me, but then they want me to trade it in and pay them more money do they can sell it again and make money. They also took a week to come up with that so called "resolution." That's so they had me by the xxxxx with the title and all other paperwork going through. I asked to speak to the owner of the place before I took the truck back home. And they told me they are done with me and I'm not going to be able to speak to the owner. This dealer is all about the bottom line. And not your bottom line, theirs. Poor customer service for someone who has sent plenty of business their way. I will never be dealing with Tri county again and I hope you won't either! More

Most dealers i found were not very happy about this as if they were hiding something. John completely understood and was very attentive to what i was saying. He brought the models with the exact options i asked for and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He also understood there were other vehicles out there and was open about the differences. I ultimately bought from this dealer. As with any dealer there was some back and forth, but having done my research, i knew what my targets fro prices were. I was able to better them by a couple grand so all in all i was thrilled with my experience. More
