I was close to paying more for a similar car online just to avoid the typical dealership experience but this guy changed my mind. He and the finance woman were a pleasure to do business with! The only reason I gave 4 (versus 5) stars is because I was really put off by the older, black gentleman who seemed to always be on his smoke break. It's totally disgusting that I had to walk around his cloud of second-hand smoke (with my 6-month old son) to get into the building AND into my new car. About 6 months ago, when I first started car shopping, the same guy was outside smoking which caused my husband and I to just drive away before we even parked. I was honestly really surprised to see he was still doing that when I was there on both Monday and Tuesday (multiple times). It's just really tacky and unprofessional to me. More
