I based their quality of work on their overall knowledge of the vehicles, financing, and any other questions we asked. Phillip was very friendly and proved to have one of the main qualities it takes to be in customer service, and that's patience. Although we couldn't quite agree on the price of the vehicles, does not mean we didn't get a great deal on the one we purchased. Then again, that's what negotiating is all about. My last Honda had over 94,000 miles on it, no problems at all. It was time to pass it on to my son and get a new one. The Tracy dealership is great - Phil Herrera did a great job. Honda's sales rep (Nick Sandhu) was most curtious, easy to talk with, listened well to comments and questions we had. He was also very patient with us, as we had made at least three (3) trips to his deal to talk with, listened well to comments and questions we had. We did not seem either "pushed into buying a vehicle (which we ended up doing) or feel "rushed by him" because of the time involved. And the best part was they had it in stock. When we arrived, filling out the paperwork took longer than expected because we had a trade-in), but once all that was done, we were on our way in our new car.
