After months of searching, I’d found the car I had been searching for. Although a state away in New Mexico, and after much due diligence, I decided to fly to ABQ and take them up on their offer to pick m searching for. Although a state away in New Mexico, and after much due diligence, I decided to fly to ABQ and take them up on their offer to pick me up at the airport for the 1 hour drive to the dealership. A little light packing and off to SantaFe Toyota to pick up my “excellent condition” 2024 Telsa Model 3 with only 8800 miles. I arrived at the airport and as expected, my driver, Dale, picked me up right on time. We quickly made our way to SantaFe to do the paperwork so that I could make the 7 1/2 drive back to Phoenix that evening. All that was left to do was an inspection of the car, a quick test drive, and I’d be headed back home. And this is where things turned bad. When we arrived, I saw the car that I had come so far to buy. The interior was perfect; just as described. The exterior, paint overspray. Discolored, and probably wrecked. Carfax was clean but as a large dealer of….cars, you would think that they would be an expert in…cars. And finally, to make sure that I was totally insulted, the GM offered me a $200 discount because of the condition. The only thing missing from this dealership is a sign that says, “Buy here, sell here”. Standards are incredibly low. More

I had a low tire pressure, was able to make an appointment, when it was convenient for me. They fixed the tire and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! We came in on 4/23/25 and test drove the tundras. We made offer, the salesman (Derek)was very nice. We hasn’t came to any agreement on the price, after back and forth with questions. The salesman has the manager(Raul)came talked to us. The manager was very rude, he said we waste of their time and the salesman been helping for few hours. Raul asked us to offered the price, we gave our price and they’re not agree. They don’t have to agree but customer offers, when customer offered, they said we said no and give us mean/rude attitudes. We had a few new Toyota from other Toyota dealerships before and haven’t had any rude/mean experiences. Derek has contacted us to come back but we haven’t decided to see if we want to go back. Customer service is hard but they don’t have to be mean/rude to the customers . More
