The communication is poor between various responsibilities from scheduling to customer service representative to the technician. I received a "Special Service Campaign 22TC01" notice so calle responsibilities from scheduling to customer service representative to the technician. I received a "Special Service Campaign 22TC01" notice so called the scheduler, Madison, who insisted it was necessary but didn't know what it was or at which location. I was told to call Service and was given that information and they scheduled my appointment, but they said it did not require a subscription. So, I brought the vehicle in and waited an hour and a half only to be told that the technician couldn't perform the necessary software update because I didn't have a subscription for the service. Many hours of my time wasted. More
