The sales and financing were great. I felt like they were honest and transparent about the process. I felt like they were honest and transparent about the process. More

Cameron went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle that fit our needs. He listened to what we wanted and searched online and showed us available options. Once the vehicle arrived he took the time to g that fit our needs. He listened to what we wanted and searched online and showed us available options. Once the vehicle arrived he took the time to go over the vehicle. Explaining the different options and features it has. Helped us set up the Toyota app, sync our phone, and etc. He was able to answer or get answers to any questions or issues that came up during our experience. This was a pleasant car buying experience. We are happy we went to Toyota of Santa Fe to purchase our vehicle. More
If you have an option go somewhere else or at least don't let them register your car. The only service this company provides is lip service. Their motto is "we will get back to you shortly". That shortly is let them register your car. The only service this company provides is lip service. Their motto is "we will get back to you shortly". That shortly is at least a week. And when you contact them again you get the same reply. We purchased a new car. They offer to file for tags on your behalf. At first glance this looks like terrific service (which you pay for btw) except what they don't tell you is that the tag will arrive in 30-60 days after purchase (hopefully, as I have zero hope at this point) . The problem is your temporary tags expire in 30 days. You contact them worrying about it and they tell you cops do not issue tickets for this. (Any police officers please feel free to confirm/refute this claim). Only after a week of daily messaging and contacting them after the tags have expired they tell you that it is possible to get it via email. When you speak about this with managers they talk to you aggressively claiming they didn't know there is an issue. To which my reply is are you incompetent or a liar? I am dreading hunting down the second remote. Their claim is due to chip shortage there is a wait of 3 months. First time and definitely last time customer here. More
Service department misdiagnosed a problem with the PCS and DRCC radar system on my 2021 4Runner. They claimed that someone had previously permanently disabled the system and thus it was necessary to rep and DRCC radar system on my 2021 4Runner. They claimed that someone had previously permanently disabled the system and thus it was necessary to replace the entire radar system -- to the tune of over $3,900. Although I insisted that the ONLY work I have ever had done on my 2021 4Runner was replacement of the windshield over two years ago. How on earth could that be the source of the problem? Damage done two years ago with no symptoms until 2 weeks ago? They were incredibly arrogant and insulting to my intelligence (I am a retired electro-mechanical engineer). I called the Toyota dealer in Boulder, CO (where I bought the car), and they said it sounded really fishy to them. So I made an appointment at American Toyota of Albuquerque. They found a slightly bent front bumper bracket. They replaced it and re-calibrated the system. Took about 90 minutes. Total cost to me was $703. The system now works fine -- just like new. If I had stuck with Toyota of Santa Fe, it would have cost me an additional $3,200, AND IT STILL WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FIXED because the bumper was the real problem. And replacing the entire radar system was NOT required, as they had INSISTED.. When I went back to Toyota of Santa Fe to get reimbursed for their grossly incompetent diagnosis ($184), they wouldn't even apologize for their error. Some people might think that they were trying to scam me, but I think it is more likely just arrogance and incompetence. I will NEVER do business with them again! And neither should you. More

As always, the service department is excellent. They are the reason that the last five vehicles my wife and I have bought were Toyotas. They are the reason that the last five vehicles my wife and I have bought were Toyotas. More
The work to reattach my rearview mirror took just 20 minutes. Everyone I saw and dealt with was helpful and friendly. I told a friend, "Next time, buy a Toyota from Toyota of Santa Fe." minutes.
