I had done my homework before I went in, so I knew what I wanted, which was helpful. Debi was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She showed me several cars, and let me test-drive one. (She would have let me test-drive more, but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, so I didn't want to.) It was a very hot day, and she offered both my dad and I cold bottled water. She spent as long with us as we wanted, answering questions, etc. When we were ready to leave, she asked us to wait because her manager wanted to talk briefly with us and make sure she had done everything well. We knew he would see if there was anything he could do to sell us a car, but figured that's normal procedure. I forgot the manager's name, but he was very kind and didn't take much of our time at all, once we told him they just didn't have the exact car I was looking for. They were kind and friendly in their goodbyes, even though I didn't purchase a car from them. I did get 3 emails from them soon after my departure, which I think are probably standard practice, too. But as soon as I wrote back and told them I had found and purchased a car elsewhere, the emails stopped. So I have no complaints, other than their slight (and expected) push to buy. But the push was gentle, and they were more than accepting of my decline. More
Car stalled on the freeway, turns out it was just a loose air flow sensor (screws somehow disappeared). Rather than just putting in a couple of new screws and charging me $25 (or some other nominal amount), air flow sensor (screws somehow disappeared). Rather than just putting in a couple of new screws and charging me $25 (or some other nominal amount), they called me and told me I should take it to the dealership that installed the cold air intake I had (who apparently did so without including all the necessary screws). I drove the car home, and when I opened the hood to put in a couple of screws myself, found the sensor taped to the f'ing air intake -- electrical tape wound around and around. I understand they can't work for free, but how hard would it have been just to replace a couple of screws? More

They keep delaying to give me the 2nd set of key for 10 days as agreement. Finally after more than 20 calls, they ask me to bring the truck to program the remote. I left the truck for 7 hours and ask them let me know when the truck ready to pick up. No one call me even I have tried to call the dealer several times and left several messages to check out. NO response. Then I came over at 5.30 the both saleslady and manager told me they can not "HELP" because they could not found a remote for my truck. After argued the manager throw me the remote, and asked me go to the service department to program remote. The service department told me it is not a right remote for my truck ask me to paid for new one with “Internal Price” $45. Terrible experience!!!!! More
This place is a joke. I never seen so many dumb people in my life Leon was lost. To cut to the chase his manager Jerome Brooks was not interested in helping me with purchasing a highlander, his eyes and mind my life Leon was lost. To cut to the chase his manager Jerome Brooks was not interested in helping me with purchasing a highlander, his eyes and mind kept wandering off during negotiating price as this woman walked passed us and he lost all frame of thought. I wanted to say dude, if you want to lady watch, watch on your own time not mine. I got so sick and tired of his mind wondering off that I just said forget it and left. I went over to Toyota of Dallas and bought. The sales people were more focused on me and my needs. This place is a joke . More
The worst experience I have ever had I would not let my worst enemy by from them. I had to argue to get my car keys back, then I couldn't even find my car.....it was 200 yards away in a church parking lot worst enemy by from them. I had to argue to get my car keys back, then I couldn't even find my car.....it was 200 yards away in a church parking lot. If you found a car on their website more than likely it has been gone for a while. good o'l bait n switch. Do not use them. More
Awful shopping experience. I was ready to purchase a new vehicle, celica or a matrix. I walked around the dealer lot for 25 minutes while the sales reps huddled together and chit-chatted together. Finally vehicle, celica or a matrix. I walked around the dealer lot for 25 minutes while the sales reps huddled together and chit-chatted together. Finally, I walked over and had to ask someone for help. They all looked at each other and grumbled and one guy walked over. He never introduced himself, was flat out rude, and remained completely uninterested while helping me. LSS, I stormed off the lot, yelling at them out my driver window that they are suppose to WANT to sell vehicles...don't waste your money somewhere that has awful customer service!!! More
Was promised a simple interior "clean-up", to which I was never given. Upon buying a used '08 Tacoma, that was severly scratched interior wise. I had to repeatedly call, and make return visits to get what I never given. Upon buying a used '08 Tacoma, that was severly scratched interior wise. I had to repeatedly call, and make return visits to get what I was "owed"(what we had agreed upon in the contract, i.e. I payed for it!). Thats ALL I got, not a penny more! I was told they would replace the steel wheels with factory aluminum(which is your everyday wheel) wheels, never happened. Best they could do was a set for $800, which the dealer said he would split with me...$400? for what they we're supposed to do!?!? They clearly fall short on customer service side. I recommend the Tacoma, but not from them. Walked in looking for the truck of my dreams...walked out with serious doubts, and a truck that wasn't taken care of. They never fully full filled their end of the bargain. I had to get mad just to get the correct shift knob. Go toyota, dont do it through Toyota of Richardson! More

Beware they sell water damaged/flood cars from auction before checking them out. They sold me a 2 year old low mileage Tundra that has apparently been in water at some point possibly up to the door handle before checking them out. They sold me a 2 year old low mileage Tundra that has apparently been in water at some point possibly up to the door handles. The smell was unbearable and they have tried everything to get rid of it shy of buying it back. It smelled like someone had actually died in the truck after the hot Texas sun hit it for a few days. Of course they told me the smell would go away and it was because the carpets were cleaned and weren't allowed to dry properly. Smell didn't get better, got worse. After about two weeks of back and forth with them on a solution they gave me the offer of trading for another truck on their lot or to have new carpet installed. They wouldn't even consider a refund. By this time my trade had already been sold or traded so there was no getting it back either. I ended up having to purchase a more expensive truck than I had planned on just to be done with the whole thing. On the second truck they had me over a barrel on price and I had no choice but to get an attorney or just pay the difference. I figured it was going to cost money either way so I took the less painful route. The used car manager is about as crooked as they come. The assistant general manager can't make a decision and stick to it and the GM over the dealership won't return calls to unhappy customers. I learned a lesson but hopefully you can learn from my mistake. Tell your friends! Walk... NO RUN as fast as you can!!! More
