After dealing with several dealerships and having a horrible experience at one, I had almost given up on getting a Toyota. Even though I had a Tundra already, I was really soured by the dealership I had gone back to as a potential repeat customer. I was having trouble finding anything else that I really wanted and 4 Runners have been extremely difficult to find, but I was very determined. I looked at every dealership's inventory, and I had just about given up when I found exactly what I was looking for at Toyota of Richardson. I was contacted almost immediately by Morgan, and she was so helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions before I made the hour and a half drive to look at the vehicle, and I was very excited to see it. She even called me while I was on the way to make sure I was able to find them OK. When I arrived, I was not disappointed. The vehicle was not only exactly how it was described, it was actually better than I could have imagined. I had a very specific trade-in value that I was looking to get, and also a payment budget I needed to stay close to. Morgan was very determined to get me into this vehicle, and Kevin came and talked to me and we were able to get the whole negotiation process finished in about ten minutes, even with a few challenges. It was, by far, the easiest and least painful car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this is my third Toyota. I am still just amazed at how pleasant this actually was. Then when I went into the business office to take care of paperwork, Sam went even further to get me the best rate and warranty and still kept me within my agreed range. I had honestly expected to go back home with the Tundra because this whole ordeal has been such a beating for the past two weeks, but I am so grateful that I was persistent in searching for the perfect vehicle, and even more grateful that it was at Toyota of Richardson. It might be the first time I've left a dealership and not felt like I've possibly made a mistake in the deal. Thank you Morgan, I think you have a very bright future ahead of you in whatever you do. You have great teachers, not only in the car business, but in business of any sort. More
I have bought a total of 5 cars in my life and purchasing from Robert was by far one of the easiest and best experiences i have had. After a brief test drive/chat I must say we were pleasantly surprised with this dealership. However after hashed out the numbers and placed a deposit to order the vehicle promised things started to pleasantly surprised with this dealership. On Friday we placed the order and the salesman said he would mail us a receipt and call us on Monday to confirm the deliver date. Tuesday, Wednesday came and went with no word... Called them on Thursday to hear that Jeff had gone on vacation and would be gone for 2weeks?!? EXCUSE ME WHAT DID YOU SAY?!? After trying to salvage the order with a new sales person whom by the way, said, "the one you tried to order was sold." He then proceeded to try and upgrade us to a higher sticker priced vehicle, WINK WINK! Oh no they didn't, so we cancelled the CC deposit and RAN, which is what I suggest you do if considering this dealership, especially after we never heard from them again even after we asked to speak to a manager about the situation giving them the benefit of the doubt. More

Everytime I go to this Toyota Service Center they are always friendly and keep me informed. Sometimes I just hang-out in the waiting rooms. He has always ensured that the service provided is "needed," is completed with expediency and is of the highest competency and quality. Numerous times he has gone out of his to accommodate me as a customer, particularly when unexpected delays or unforeseeable situations arose. Hence, my continuing to return to the dealership where I bought my Camry. FYI: This is the second "evaluation" I have done today. I completed one over the phone this afternoon. One comment re that: the young woman who called was very personable and seemed to be competent. However, she appeared to present articulation/pronunciation difficulties which affected her intelligibility of speech. Specifically, she repeatedly mispronounced TOYOTA Of Richardson. I am a seasoned Master's Level Professional Clinical Speech Pathologist and a Consultant/Coach for Voice/Speech/Executive Presentation Skills. Unfortunately for her, her apparent articulatory difficulty was immediately evident to my ear. I would think that if this young woman works directly for Toyota Of Richardson, the owner, management and/or Marketing Department would want all representatives of the Dealership to be able to communicate the name of the company clearly and with efficacy.
