Between my daughter and I we have purchased our last 3 cars from TOR....by far the best dealership I have ever purchased a car from!! You always hear the horror stories that women will get raked over the cars from TOR....by far the best dealership I have ever purchased a car from!! From the sales team to the finance department each time I have experienced nothing but genuine honesty and a upbeat helpful team that makes me feel comfortable with my new purchase. We have purchased used and new cars with no issues or problems. Terry Tolbert was the sweetest, most friendly gentleman I have ever met in any type of sales, he completely knew the ends and outs of the Fj Cruiser!! Terry had the car completely ready for me at pickup time with a full tank of gas and all shined up...!! Rey Reyes in finance was amazing with the paperwork and efficient with showing and explaining to me what each document I was signing was...nothing was hidden and he has an amazing upbeat attitude that puts you at ease. I have never had a dealership show me the report on a used car that assures you that it has not been wrecked before. Reyes boss Kevin Herlehy ensured that the deal went through with the lowest possible finance rate and with the much needed insurance policies that I would need, and Herlehy has always taken care of me in the past. TOR as a whole has always treated my daughter and I as if we were family...so with that being said I give TOR a 6 star and will continue to buy from them!!! Thanks TOR!! More

I'be been a Toyota customer for over 5 years now, and while most service advisors are nice & knowledgeable, none of them comes close to Jeremiah Chapman. Recently, I took my car for service for a "win while most service advisors are nice & knowledgeable, none of them comes close to Jeremiah Chapman. Recently, I took my car for service for a "wind noise" and to remove some glue that was on the door frame left by Spencer's teamingn the driver side, the first service advisor (Spencer) who I attempted to resolve the issue, left my car with more problems than before and returned my car dirty and with the same issues I has before. Out of frustration,.I contacted the GM at the dealership, who refer me to the service manager, when arriving I could not locate the service manager, but lucky for me I had the chance of meeting Jeremi, he listened to my concerns and quickly took noticed of what the issue was and what was causing it. I left my car day and picked it up next day, now my car is running and looks like it has just been out of the factory, so if you ever have any service issues, contact him, and I'm confident, he will take care of it! I was impressed with the service provided by the sales department, financial department, and service department at Toyota of Richardson. Even though my husband and I were there for about 6 hours when we purchased the car, the people in the sales department made sure that we were well taken care of, providing us with water and sodas the entire time. After my husband and I bought the car, we brought it back the following week for the DVD player to be installed. This was installed in less than one day, the dealership provided us with a rental car while it was being installed, and the quality of the installation was excellent. As soon as I arrived, the employee at the service department greeted me, even helped me remove the car seats out of my car, and showed me to the Enterprise desk. I was in and out of there in no time, and received a call before 5pm stating my car was finished. I was very impressed with the friendliness, as well as the speed and quality of work at the service department. More

I was referred to this dealer by a mutual friend. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Mo who was very knowledgeable to helped me through the process. Afterwards, he asked me various questions about the car..ie, did I like how it drove,the overall comfort of the car and the found me a price point that I loved for a 2010 Toyota Corolla. In addition,Randy who is the lead manager for the Used car area, was just awesome. The minute I set foot on the property, he said "I am going to get my best guy to take care of you"..He did not lie at all because Mo was just excellent and Randy was just top notch. Randy and Mo called me to see how the car was driving weeks afterwards, true customer service and just top notch guys at a top notch establishment. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will certainly do that in the near future. I can tell you this much, I will return to them when in the market for a car, you can bet on it.
