Ali was very nice and low pressure. I made an appointment through internet (with Sam) to go back the next day. We had pre-approved financing. We liked the car, they gave us the advertised price, and they matched our pre-approved interest rate. The transaction was easy and fast and went exactly how we wanted it to. When we turned down extras, they didn't pressure us. We are very pleased with how well it went and with the car. We have purchased several cars through dealerships in the DFW area, and this is the first dealership that I would likely go back to. I think that says a lot. More

Came in from Fort Worth to look at a HIghlander I saw online. That one was gone by the time I got there, but Scott found me one that was newer and had less miles than the one I had found.
