I bought my first toyota from Toyota of Orange back in 2014 and have been very satisfied with their service since then. Aron Parra is always super helpful when it comes to the maintenance. Beware of Jose in the service department he will say you need services you do not need. I went in with a coupon for $299 that included topping off all fluids. He told my husband that we may need a complet need services you do not need. I went in with a coupon for $299 that included topping off all fluids. He told my husband that we may need a complete transmission fluid replacement, but he would let him know. He never contacted us and when we contacted Jose, he said it was already done and sorry for the misunderstanding. Even in the paperwork they gave us, this type of service which is $369 is not recommended until 60,000 miles. Their tech noted that we had no transmission leeks/seeps and showed no indication of a reason for this service. My car only has 30,000 and was running just fine! Basically, my husband got scammed-I know "Buyer Beware"of Toyota of Orange Service Department. More
