I give it 4/5 because normally this dealship is exceptional. I took my car in on Wednesday for Service connected to my extended warranty, and it was like my service had zero priority. I had to call them twice. Then I was told they would text me when it was ready, No text. So I called the 3rd time and they said it was ready. The car is great but I got the feeling that because they're not making any money on an extended warranty I bought two years ago, that my service was not a priority. Also, and I've run into this before here. You submit your completed cashier's paperwork to the guy under the orange umbrella. Its a goat-rope to get you car out because someone has already parked a car or two in the lanes next to the umbrella. Those lanes should be for moving cars. Not parked cars. More
Worse service I have ever had from any dealership! And that is saying something!! Made an appointment for that day, which means nothing to them. Waited four hours for a basic oil change!! Yeah, they put walk-ins before appointments and then forgot to get mine sent in until I asked after 3 hours. Service guy didn’t tell me anything about my car service or that there was things that should have been done that we’re not. No one was outright rude, but no one was approachable or had good, or even decent, service attitude. Will never go back to this Toyota of Orange for service.. And after this experience, I wouldn’t purchase a car from them either! More
Great service and attitude with quality work done and professional staff. Uber ride and pickup service home. David the service manager was courteous and accommodating to our request. Andy the service tech kept us updated on repair items and cost. Although the cost for some repairs is higher compared to a mechanic s to our request. Andy the service tech kept us updated on repair items and cost. Horrible experience overall. Came to looking to buy a car and the salesmen were rude and seemed more interested in making sure I drove off the lot with a car rather than genuinel Came to looking to buy a car and the salesmen were rude and seemed more interested in making sure I drove off the lot with a car rather than genuinely helping me. They never negotiated with me and once they got what they wanted they didn’t care about me or my financial worries and kept throwing the “no cooling off policy” they have posted all over in my face. Once I left they called me back to sign a new deal that they had found in order to help me save money. In reality they let me drive off the lot with a car that nobody had picked up the loan for and now thought I’d be dumb enough to sign a new deal. I demanded they take their car back for breach of contract on their end and they kept insisting there’s no cooling off. This company as a whole has no customer service, were rude beginning to end and they all tried to take advantage of me and treated me like I was dumb throughout the entire process. The people in question are Tony, Jack, Rodrigo, and Reza. Also side note Rodrigo kept burping in my face while helping me set up the Toyota app which was disgusting and rude. Stay away at all costs!
