We had a great experience at Toyota of Orange with our sales associate, Rodney. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being "pushy." Before we visited the dealership, we knew that we were interested i sales associate, Rodney. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being "pushy." Before we visited the dealership, we knew that we were interested in either a Highlander or Sequoia and were looking to test drive. Rodney explained the main differences and gave us an idea of the cars available. We drove onto the secondary lot to decide between a 2011 and 2012 Highlander. When it came time to purchase, the process was rather quick and we felt that the dealership was accommodating. Once we agreed on the final terms, moving through Finance with Alan was a breeze! It took a few tries to get the car as clean as we wanted. It was a 2011 Highlander Limited (end of the model year) so there were a few scuffs that we wanted cleaned up. After we finished with Finance, and got back to the car, there were still a few scuffs so we left to do some errands while the car was cleaned again. Once Rodney was helping us again, everything was taken care of!! Our experience was great... would definitely recommend Toyota of Orange!! More
These guys are among the worst I've encountered. I was interested in a Prius II. These guys had 15 listed in their Sunday ad. I emailed them and asked them to send me an out the door quote. I had a spread interested in a Prius II. These guys had 15 listed in their Sunday ad. I emailed them and asked them to send me an out the door quote. I had a spreadsheet and asked them if the total price was correct. The sales person replied that it was and that he would hold a vehicle for me if I came in that day (this was at about 1PM on a Sunday). I arrived at 3PM and showed the spreadsheet to the sales person. He confirmed verbally that the total price calculated was correct. After a short test drive, the sales person wrote up the quote and took it to the "Manager". The sales person came out and stated that the car had been sold the day before - even though the ad ran on a Sunday only and I had confirmed with him at 1PM that the vehicle was still available. The manager came out at this point and gave me a "counter" offer that was $2000 over the ad price, and $1000 over the Costco quote. He became more and more condescending as time went by. Long story short, I walked out of there and took my business elsewhere. The other reviewers are correct - the managers are arrogant and condescending. They use old school bait-and-switch, good-cop/bad-cop tactics. Don't these guys realize how much the internet has changed things? My mom wants a Sienna XLE - guess which dealer I am NOT recommending? When my old Camry needs servicing, guess which dealer I will NOT be taking it to? More

We just bought our 7th car from Toyota Of Orange in the last 6 years. Steve made buying a car very simple. They quoted a great price, and backed it up with better customer service. The dealership had a last 6 years. Steve made buying a car very simple. They quoted a great price, and backed it up with better customer service. The dealership had a large selection of cars to choose from and custom built the exact car we were looking for. I have bought both new and used cars from this dealership, they make it so easy. The service department is OUTSTANDING! More
We started our search for a 2011 or 2010 Scion TC in Orange County where we live. We visited Tustin Toyota. The sales manager, Ricardo and sales person Sandra were very friendly, not pushy, and most Orange County where we live. We visited Tustin Toyota. The sales manager, Ricardo and sales person Sandra were very friendly, not pushy, and most importantly, dealt with us honestly. They explained to us that the 2011 Scions are a fixed price and there is really no way we could get the payment we wanted with the amount of money we were willing to put down for a lease. They did not have a 2010, nor did they make an effort to call another dealership so we left. I then called Toyota of Orange. I spoke with Paulo and he explained that he didn't have a 2010. I told him what Tustin Toyota said about the 2011's. He said absolutely NOT TRUE. I told him what I wanted to put down and what monthly payment I was looking for. He said he would do some research and call me back. He called back "Good News" we can get you into that car on the terms I had outlined for him. I said , I don't want to drive over there just to be told something else. He assured me. We get there, and guess what??? Bill comes out from financing with the numbers 300% greater than was quoted on the phone. "Oh but we could give you this deal on a corolla". They flat out lied and then tried the "bait and switch". On the way out, Bill hands me his card and told us to think about it and come back. I said "you have got to be kidding. you lie to get me in here and you think I am coming back?" We had purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the past, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!! We then called Power Toyota in Irvine. Humphrey said he had found the car we wanted in Long Beach. He was going to pick it up the next day. We were going down to sign papers, when Humphrey called and said in was a manual not an automatic. He found the car in San Diego at Bob Bakers'. I really appreciated the information. We then call Bob Baker Toyota, and Patrick - the sales manager of the year - said he would deliver the car to us that evening curb service. John and Tony, came up to Orange County, stopped at two locations for signing papers and delivered the car with a smile. This is not only the best service I've received at a dealership - this is one of the best customer experiences I have ever had!!! You guys totally exceeded my expectations. I told you what I what car and what terms I wanted and you delivered - literally! I will drive down to Bob Baker toyota for my next car - no question!! I can't thank you all enough. More
Dealer was very unprofessional and did not focus on customer. Financing was an issue - had car for seven days any they said there was a problem with the financing & they tried to give me a higher inte customer. Financing was an issue - had car for seven days any they said there was a problem with the financing & they tried to give me a higher interest rate (their ploy did not work and they had to give me a lower rate). They try to sell you a lot of after market products when it is time to sign the paper (eg. gap insurance, life insurance, maintenance agreement, etc.) PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!! BUYER BEWARD!!!!! Sales people have not authority. Lastly, if you did not have a good experience give them bad feedback on their surveys - they get bonuses from Toyota if they maintain high marks. The sales associate took my license to "make a copy" as a way to get me to stay and purchase a car..i never got it back and they could not find it. After the deal was over i had called the dealership explaining the mistake in purchasing the car and the manager was very rude, now that he had already made his money. MY RECENTLY PURCHASED SCION XB HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP SINCE I BOUGHT IT. NOT ONLY WAS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TERRIBLE BUT THE GM ALSO GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND PROMISED ME A NEW VEHICLE AND RESCINDED THE OFFER. Peter, the finance manager, and Stewart my salesman bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I couldn't be more pleased about the level of service they offered me. I had a very complicated transaction over backwards to accommodate my needs. I couldn't be more pleased about the level of service they offered me. I had a very complicated transaction, but they did everything possible to make it work smoothly. They didn't pull any stupid used car salesmen tricks. I cant recommend them high enough. They got me to the price that I told them I needed, and didn't try to make me spend more than my budget allowed. They didn't do all of the horrible back and forth negotiating crap. I recommend them to everyone who wants to actually buy a car, and not spend 5 hours doing it. If you buy a car, call Toyota of Orange and set up your appointment with these two. More
