Impeccable integrity sincerely appreciated! I was in the market to buy a 2019 Toyota Certified Pre-owned 4-Runner by the end of the year. Toyota of Orange wasn't the absolute lowest price on a c I was in the market to buy a 2019 Toyota Certified Pre-owned 4-Runner by the end of the year. Toyota of Orange wasn't the absolute lowest price on a comparable vehicle, but they were highly competitive. When the lowest priced dealership tried to "bait and switch" me at the very end of the process, I immediately called Luis Reyna at Toyota of Orange, confirmed the VIN number and their offered price, and arrived 2 hours later to pick up my 4-Runner. In the interim, Luis had it washed and ready to go. The Customer Service I experienced from Luis, and, indeed, from every other employee at Toyota of Orange was just outstanding. Their impeccable integrity restored my faith in car dealerships that had taken a hit from a totally unscrupulous dealer. More
