This is a nice dealership with friendly staff. When calling to get appointment for service we were told it would be 2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. That’s all we needed and we said we woul When calling to get appointment for service we were told it would be 2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. That’s all we needed and we said we would wait. We were there for almost 5 hrs with no update or contact from anyone to indicate why. My went out and talked to the service dept to ask why it was taking so long, he said another 30 mins. more, it was more than an hour. We live very close to another Toyota dealer and could take our car there for service. We chose this dealer because when we purchased our new car they had the one with everything we wanted. Because we purchased from them my husband always goes there for service. We won’t anymore. More
I give it 4/5 because normally this dealship is exceptional. I took my car in on Wednesday for Service connected to my extended warranty, and it was like my service had zero priority. They didn't exceptional. I took my car in on Wednesday for Service connected to my extended warranty, and it was like my service had zero priority. They didn't call, when they said they would. I had to call them twice. Then I was told they would text me when it was ready, No text. So I called the 3rd time and they said it was ready. The car is great but I got the feeling that because they're not making any money on an extended warranty I bought two years ago, that my service was not a priority. Also, and I've run into this before here. You submit your completed cashier's paperwork to the guy under the orange umbrella. Its a goat-rope to get you car out because someone has already parked a car or two in the lanes next to the umbrella. Those lanes should be for moving cars. Not parked cars. More
