I recently had my car serviced and Aron Parra was very thorough and went over everything he was going to do. Since I had driven in from Huntington Beach Aron went out of his way to get me out of there in thorough and went over everything he was going to do. Since I had driven in from Huntington Beach Aron went out of his way to get me out of there in under an hour. My car was purchased there and everyone was extremely helpful. I purchased my Highlander there from a wonderful sales associate, Kevin O'connel. I hope he is still there so when I'm ready for another will certainly use him. Personally there has never been a problem for me at this well run dealership. More

As long as people will listen to me, I will not hesitate to warn them against purchasing of a vehicle from Toyota of Orange. On May 24, I was contacted by David Becerra and told that a 2022 GR86 in the spec I was looking for had been allocated to the dealership. I expressed interest in putting down a deposit to reserve the vehicle, but was told they do not take deposits and use a first-come-first-served policy once the vehicle status changes from “allocation” to “freight” (in transit to the dealership). Why call me then? But I said that’s fine, and he put me in contact with a couple salesmen. For the next 4 weeks I remained in repeated contact with Miguel Perfetti and Stewart Eshelby, who swore up and down that I would be first in line to contract the car when the vehicle status changed from “allocation” to “freight”. Today, I called for an update and was told the car was sold to another buyer in the morning. I was given no call, given no chance to make an offer, and wasted 4 weeks in my search for this car thinking I would be buying this one. Fortunately for me, I found another dealer in the state today that that ISN’T charging the $6000 to $8000 markup that Miguel quoted me. So I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same. More
They took me in and serviced my car promptly. The inspection report was comprehensive. Jeff Pena was my service agent and he was excellent. Courteous and he kept me well informed. This dealership is a fraud I have purchased many cars, and some how I was still caught in their fraudulent ways. They give you a price breakdown and once you go into finance that isn't shared with you! Th and some how I was still caught in their fraudulent ways. They give you a price breakdown and once you go into finance that isn't shared with you! There is additions and totals that are higher which they make you sign with an old school trackpad blindly! The only make you sign disclosures on the screen of the desk and everything else is verbal and you sign blindly. They quickly stuff your paperwork away thinking you got a deal! And before it's too late you put 2 and 2 together. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! More
