Found out today that appointment or not those waiting on site for their car are taken care of first. I always make an appointment and go to a nearby family members house to wait and it takes 3+ hours every site for their car are taken care of first. I always make an appointment and go to a nearby family members house to wait and it takes 3+ hours every time, even a 5k service where there is no oil change. Those of us with the foresight to schedule an appointment and show up on time should be taken care of with priority over those that just show up and wait on site. More
A lot of recommended services but no pictures or proof to show needed services. If I have a leaky gasket, you should have pictures of the leak or if my plugs need replaced, show me a picture of my old plugs, show needed services. Great service, easy to work with financing and sales to get a car that fit my budget and requirements. Albeit with some older standards (they could not do a debit transfer and forms being done on paper ins get a car that fit my budget and requirements.
