Spent $700 on keys that don’t have functioning fobs. They charged me the full hour of labor without fixing the issue. Offered a $2000 fix. Didn't offer to program the keys if I fixed the issue. Was helped right away by staff and they were able to do the update on my car without issue. They don’t have a reliable transportation service so I ended up having to uber to work to get there on time and I the update on my car without issue. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but had to take my car in since something was off. Staff took my car in and they were so attentive and responsive throughout the process. I was initially told my car wo car in since something was off. Staff took my car in and they were so attentive and responsive throughout the process. I was initially told my car would probably not get checked until the next day since I checked in around 2pm but by 5 they had called me that my car would be ready for pickup in 30-45mins. Always a great experience when I get my car serviced with this team/dealership. Thanks. More
