Service department unprofessional I had to call every day for 20+ days to find out about my vehicle and in the process my car was damaged sent to the Bodyshop. I requested pictures of the damage after I was for 20+ days to find out about my vehicle and in the process my car was damaged sent to the Bodyshop. I requested pictures of the damage after I was repaired never got pictures and I was treated very poorly. I would not recommend it. No way you know how I’ve been treated better at a small mom and Pop shop which surprise me it being a certified Toyota dealer and I am a big Toyota fan. More

Brantley Cheat, service technician greeted me and advised he would take care of my service for my Tacoma truck even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. I got a few things done to my car, oil change, new drive belt, new power steering fluids. The overall service quote with tax and service fees was 524.27. I signed and agreed to the quote. When I got to the counter, I was told that my total was 642.14. I asked how it could be $120 more than what I agreed to pay. The service people were being rude and telling me I miscalculated tax and service fees and I showed them the quote I signed for. They redirected me to my service advisor who kept telling me I was wrong and wouldn’t even look at the online total I signed with the breakdown. We kept going back and forth until he agreed to calculate each service and said “oh, you’re right,” and proceeded to not look at my online service quote but just asked me how much I should pay and didn’t bother to apologize or help me understand the $120 surcharge. They ended up charging me 50 cents more than the online total but at that point I was just over it. I won’t be coming back here again. More
