The service for my car was good, the problem was the advisor Rafael Montalvo ( I think that was his last name) his attitude was very poor, kind of awful. The worst experience I have dealt with, service department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. Not only did they contact me over 2 days after several efforts to contact them, but they admitted they didn’t diagnosis the aspects I requested. I left with no issues resolved and fuming. More
