The purchase of the truck was very smooth. Very much enjoyed dealing with salesperson Mike. Came in today 3-8 because the phone charger quit working. I was told I had to go to service. They got me in quick when I arrived, when there were many other people there. My helper was Jared, he helped me with anything and was great. Sad thing is that it does take a long time to fix, but they tell you on the phone if you ask and they have coffee and donuts available if you are there in the morning. Overall great experience. More

Salesman Lee was amazing! Financial managers who assisted in finance were awesome! BIT UPSETTING AND DOWNHILL!!! After that…to complete the purchase we all go back to the the room and finalize documents and paperwork. WHY DID BRAD FORCE A SALE OF A WARRANTY ON A NEW VEHICLE WITH 7miles. This is with a purchaser who is already struggling to keep her credit up and knowing the scenario BRAD FORCES A WARRANTY SALE on a NEW VEHICLE!
