AK, who is a service advisor, is phenomenal. He takes care of you, whatever the car issue, from your initial phone call to the end. He goes above and beyond to make sure all is taken care of. Also, met Rami who works in the garage. He was such a nice guy. He was walking through waiting room and just stopped to give me a car update. More

Disappointed with my recent service visit. Service took 4 hours wile I waited and no one took the effort to update me. After 2 hours I had to find a ride for a family emergency because my tru Service took 4 hours wile I waited and no one took the effort to update me. After 2 hours I had to find a ride for a family emergency because my truck was still in the shop. There was no shuttle service and no offer to help me find a ride. With everyone standing around with their hands in their pockets I quickly had to arrange for an Uber ride. No effort whatsoever to go the extra step for me in a time of desperation. After all of that the service was only partially completed. I have to go back. More
