Positive attitude on part of sales personnel. Bought Prius so there was no price haggling. Sales representive covered option packages and prices and helped us decide. Finance person helped us decide on extended warranty plan. Also Toyota credit card. More

I brought my Camry in for a free check up and while I was waiting I spoke with a sales man about the new hybrid Camry but never did I feel pressured to buy or ignored when I said I wouldn't be purchasing a n waiting I spoke with a sales man about the new hybrid Camry but never did I feel pressured to buy or ignored when I said I wouldn't be purchasing a new car for about 6 months. The worst part about dealerships can be the pressuring salesmen but in this case they were wonderful, I will buy my car here in 6 months without a doubt! More

Bob Tortolani did a great job informing us about the Prius and putting the savings of driving a hybrid in concrete numbers.
