I purchased my 4-Runner from Toyota of New Bern's old location in 2003. The new facility is very nice and has a great customer waiting area. I deal with Scott Tusing in the service department. He's just an overall nice guy. Since my vehicle is 21 years old, I like to have it checked over every six months. The mechanic checks to make sure everything is in good condition, and I always feel safe driving after my vehicle is serviced. I do have to drive quite a distance to have my vehicle serviced, but I feel it's worth it. I like to have knowledgeable Toyota-trained service people servicing my 4-Runner. More
