Pleasant and easy experience I was initially contacted by Jack T after I submitted an online request for additional information on a Corolla. Jack T provided the information I needed after several emails and phone calls. This initial interaction was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I was ready to come in to test-drive a vehicle and to discuss pricing. I arrived at the dealership and felt immediately welcomed at the reception desk. I did not feel "targeted". I was introduced to Marlon R (Client Advisor) who was already aware of the communication I've had with Jack T and knowledgeable on the vehicle (features, pricing, etc.) I was interested in. We test-drove the car and came back to review some numbers (I did bring a calculator). I also met with Alvin D (Sales Manager). He and Alvin were personable and easy to deal with. Everything was transparent with the pricing. Pricing was extremely competitive. I left the dealership (without much sales pressure) to review the sales offer at home. I returned a few hours later and finalized the purchase. I arranged to come in the next day at a specific time and drove off with my new car easily within 35 min after arriving at the dealership. This was a surprisingly pleasant and easy car buying experience. More
