I wanted to get a RAV4 XLE Premium. Thanks to Tatiana we got the car we wanted at a great value. The RAV4 are very limited so I was not able to see the car before purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid these cowboys. I'm not sure what was worse. At the very best they're disingenuous, and its worse they are just dishonest cheats. Took our deposit for a car we agreed on day 1, and sold same car to someone (and took their deposit too) on day 2. We even had our insurance registered/paid with the VIN of that vehicle on day 2. When you show up to pick up the car, its "Umm we don't know where your car is". Not a genuine word of apology was offered throughout for the incompetence or inconvenience of wasting hours with them, before they predictably started to blame the customer - they couldn't have the decency to sell something properly like most other try to. We had the misfortune of having to deal with Kevin Primus and Vladimir Disla, who during our discussion decided to stomp off back to an empty dealership once he ran out of excuses to blame the customer. I like to believe in the honesty of others ... but reading through some of these other 5 star comments, something off ... way off. This is no way to run a business. More
