El auto lo compre el día 17 de MAYO, ya hace dos meses y aun nadie me da un motivo valido del porque no me han enviado las placas.Ahora usted dice que va a ayudarme con mi problema pero por un motivo u otro no he podido hablar con usted señor Greco, pero si me llamo una señorita en su nombre para solucionar mi problema, y lo unico que pudo hacer es decirme que me comunique con el señor Primus, este señor lo unico que me a dicho es que espere a que me lleguen las placas y que salga tranquilamente a la calle con la placa provisoria ( que ya se VENCIO el 16 de JUNIO ) que si me para la policia no voy a tener NINGUN problema y si tengo un accidente me supongo que ustedes lo solucionarian tambien no ?? Ahora yo me pregunto ? Ustedes toman a la gente en general por ignorantes ? O ustedes son ………. Me supongo que de alguna manera se va a solucionar , la verdad no se como !! ….. Hoy es JULIO 27 del 2021. AUN SIGO CON EL AUTO SIN PODER USARLO PORQUE NO ME ENVIAN LAS PLACAS. Hoy es AGOSTO 15 2021. Tres meses de haber comprado la Highlander y sigo sin poder utilizarla porque el personal del dealer siguen poniendo escusas para enviarme las placas. Eso si los reviews buenos los contestan enseguida. No tienen ni un poco de verguenza.
