Inquired about a Camry they had on their website. After a couple weeks of phone calls an emails back and forth, the car disappeared from the website. Upon arrival, was told the car was already sold and the salesman tried to sell me cars that were thousands of dollars more expensive. I tried calling and emailing the person who called and emailed me many times to lure me into the dealership, but they suddenly disappeared. Shameless and intentional bait and switch tactics. Find another dealer unless you're looking to be lied to, ripped off and have your intelligence insulted. More

I walk in to test drive and hopefully buy a car my hub and i found online. Nelson tells me he has serviced my husbands car. This is not true. Then tells me pre-certification means it’s not yet certified and i found online. Nelson tells me he has serviced my husbands car. This is not true. I call my husband who is in front of the computer and gives me the date it’s already been certified. I tell Nelson this car was certified on 2/3 listed on Carfax. Nelson turns to a page he had previously printed out for me, and knows how to read, and says oh yea —like it’s a surprise. I wait and hour and a half during which he tells me variously the car is coming in 20 mins or 10 mins. At that point nothing he’d said to me was actually true and I’d wasted my morning off work. Imagine that!! I tried to reach out his manger and when I talked to he give me another excuse saying that it’s because you are an international employee 😂😂. I told him I need to talk to your supervisor, the supervisor tried to give me another silly excuse. I’ve been waiting for more than a month and when the car arrived they want to play the game of monopoly on me. Poor guys. More
