We were new, first-time car shoppers and had a great experience with Lili Bassa. We came in late Friday afternoon, and although they were only an hour from closing (and for some reason our appointment w experience with Lili Bassa. She first asked us what we were interested in, and showed us the new cars they had in stock, and even allowed us to view a couple of used ones just for comparison, since they were a bit low on new inventory. We came back in on Saturday morning for a test drive, and drove home later that afternoon in our brand new Camry Hybrid! She was super efficient without being pushy, she explained (and sometimes re-explained) things to us until we understood, and got us everything we needed to be off on our way! She was also very personable, sharing anecdotes along the way without sounding rehearsed or at all sales-y. Really enjoyed working with her! Thanks, Lili!
