Spoke to Dmitri (sp) on the phone. Missed my last complimentary service by a couple of weeks (COVID times, have only had one service (at 5,000 miles) in the first two years and have driven less than complimentary service by a couple of weeks (COVID times, have only had one service (at 5,000 miles) in the first two years and have driven less than 9,100 miles). Was offered a $135 service, and then offered just an oil change for $64.88. Took an early appointment for the following Monday, Was given a courtesy phone call from an outside the area phone number (Claremont, CA?) over the weekend. Arrived at the dealership promptly at the scheduled time of 8am. Told my appointment was with Steve and had to wait 15 minutes before speaking with him. He again told me I was barely outside of the service window, and I chose to just get the oil change. Got a call from Steve approximately 3 hours later saying the car was ready. Arrived at the dealership and paid for the oil change, and then had to wait 30 minutes. No apologies for the wait, but the Service Director (Cesar Esquivel) was standing a few feet away conversating with a female customer (?) for the duration. He did flag down service person to assist me after 15 minutes or so, but I guess he was unable to find the vehicle as another service person came over 10 minutes later to look over my paperwork again. They did provide a complimentary car wash, but car arrived half washed, and did not seem sanitized. More
