I bought a 2016 model VW Jetta last year. They told me it was a trouble-free car that passed all kinds of safety tests, but they also ordered an extended warranty. I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Toyota of Huntington Beach. From the sales experience to the service of my Tundra, all have been great. For sales, Sandra Sosa is the best. I have referred people to her. Her bosses, Elio and Bucky are good people. When I'm waiting for my truck to be serviced, if they see me, they always come by to say hello and make sure everything is good. In the service department, I usually go to Rick Rivera or his partner Mike Reynolds. They are great guys. They both are very knowledgeable and make sure that my truck is being worked on and will be completed within the estimated time period. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from the Toyota of Huntington Beach. More

Stay away from this dealership. Both for buying or for service. There’s a other better Toyota Dealerships like Longo and Carson that have the same model vehicles and have much more Both for buying or for service. I bought a $70k vehicle here and even with that money spent, I feel so much more support and service from a fast food joint than the service I am getting from Toyota of HB. Be aware that they practice price gouging techniques where they put premiums on top of retail pricing recommended by Toyota. They also will do their best to upsell you on alarm systems and such that are all 3rd party not related to their dealer nor Toyota. Just say no to the upsell and do yourself a favor and go have it installed yourself (ie. Alarms and upgrades) or better yet go to another Toyota dealer. They sell detailing services in the hundreds and expect you to leave your car and wait for it (few hours) without providing you with loaners. Other Toyota dealers know this is a major inconvenience and already worked deals with enterprise to service their clients who avail of the detailing services. Toyota of HB also won’t disclose these things and tell you that you have to buy other packages if you want common sensical services like a loaner when you leave your car for several hours. Lastly, they have ONE person who handles their detail and parts service who happens to stay in the different lot. This person is overworked and will only return your call when the manager gets a complaint. Clearly not an issue with the person but with management putting all their faith that one person can handle tickets and scheduling for an entire dealership. With todays options on where to buy and the great service you can get with other customer Service centric Toyota dealerships, stay away from Toyota of Huntington Beach. You will only be placed on hold, transferred, made to wait, and ignored. More
