My recent service was not typical. I have had car serviced here for 9 years. Each time it feels like its been serviced. The brakes feel tighter… the car wasn’t washed and it may be bec I have had car serviced here for 9 years. Each time it feels like its been serviced. The brakes feel tighter… the car wasn’t washed and it may be because the drought but when i dropped it off cars for sale were being washed. It appeared to be very slow. I hope my next service is on par with my past experiences. More

The service department needs some work. We have had constant issues with them from not tightening the oil drain plug, to leaving oily handprints on the hood to even breaking the wheel lock We have had constant issues with them from not tightening the oil drain plug, to leaving oily handprints on the hood to even breaking the wheel locks when tightening them. If we didn’t have 2 year’s service we would have stopped coming back. I don’t think we had a time where we didn’t have an issue. We will not come back to Toyota of HB…. Time to find a new dealer. my camry needed an oil change, coolant replacement, transmission fluid change, and brakes. i was glad to see the service tech took the car out for a road test. he felt my brakes pulsate when applying t transmission fluid change, and brakes. i was glad to see the service tech took the car out for a road test. he felt my brakes pulsate when applying the peddle ( not the abs) and even with a small amount of pad left he thought it was wise to replace the brakes. what a difference! so happy i had the work the done. car was ready when promised. the shuttle took me home and picked me up! a big plus for me because i find it hard to get a ride back on my own.
