Worst service ever! Appointment for a oil change, I waited 2 hours! The vehicle was ready over an hour, the Service attendant Steve Garbison is incompetent, should retir Appointment for a oil change, I waited 2 hours! The vehicle was ready over an hour, the Service attendant Steve Garbison is incompetent, should retire. He is too old to operate the ipad or any technology! He complained the entire time how he didnt know how to get the ipad working while trying to do my inital paperwork while other Service Attendants were processing five times faster. I saw my car was ready so I waited patiently while Steve Garbison was on the phone socializing for 15 minutes,, I finally went to another person who helped me. From a fast oil change turned into a nightmare cause of the incompetent employee. More

Couldn't have been easier. The sales people are super mellow, smart and honest and FINANCE was there best! We drove an hour to buy our car bc they had the only model we wanted. I bought the car brand new in December of ‘21 but have had nothing but issues with the Dealership since I bought it. Every time I come down I get a different story when it comes to servicing the car.
