Only rating this a 1 star because the guy who sold me the car, Minh Dang, had the nerve to yell and raise his voice at me for being inconvenienced as we were going over our deal. Buyer beware! ! The financing guy kept say that the “extras” like the security system and “special” paint were required even though I was adamant we didn’t want. Ga ! The financing guy kept say that the “extras” like the security system and “special” paint were required even though I was adamant we didn’t want. Gave in and signed a contract and had a car on order, months after asking where the car was they told us it was because of the train strike. Then we were told it was damaged and needed to find another car. They found one they said was the same, however it was more expensive and a cheaper model then the original one!! AND they increased the finance rate!! When I mentioned this they said since it’s a different car we were starting all over, (none of this was our fault but we definitely paid for it) They didn’t even try to work with us on the second car, they should have honored the backbone of the first contract especially since we put a large deposit down. After months and months of waiting when the car finally did come, they made my daughter wait HOURS before all the paperwork was finished so she could go. Never again would I come here or recommend it to others. So beware that they add on extra fees whenever and wherever they can, weren’t totally honest. More
