Danny LLamas is the MAN I have been coming to this dealership to get my Toyota Highlander serviced since moving to the West Hollywood area. Both times I've needed to get serv I have been coming to this dealership to get my Toyota Highlander serviced since moving to the West Hollywood area. Both times I've needed to get serviced, Danny Llamas has been my go-to guy. Truthfully, I don't know a ton about cars and probably don't do the best job of keeping mine up in terms of servicing it. Both times I have come in were for small things that I noticed needed fixing, but since it's awhile in between services, I inevitably find out that there is more work to be done, as I should probably expect haha. Danny has always been SUPER helpful with that, very very friendly and accommodating, and honest about what the priorities are and where to spend my money. He is thorough and efficient and just an all around great guy. I have found that all of the staff I've interacted with there have been the same, which is very refreshing since a lot of people in Hollywood suck. Bottom line is this is a great dealership with very nice and knowledgeable staff. 10/10 would recommend : ) More

I came in to get my tires changed and he noticed that my truck was egged. I had completely missed it and he had pointed it out. He took my truck and got it washed before the mess damaged my paint.
