I explained the situation and let them know my intensions were serious, the person took my info. Then within 10 minutes Evan Lafair called me back. Recently, I was in the market for a new car and like most people, I was not looking forward to the whole "buying process" of it. However, Marty Lewin with Toyota Scion at the Hollywood location made the enti people, I was not looking forward to the whole "buying process" of it. However, Marty Lewin with Toyota Scion at the Hollywood location made the entire process smooth and simple. My attempts on reaching out to five other dealers failed miserably until I received a response from Marty not only with a detailed breakdown of the quote I had requested (per the specs that I wanted), but patient with all of my questions and inquiries. He was forthright and direct in his emails and nothing had changed thru the end. In addition, I had wanted leather seats in my Prius and he went as far as to making sure that they would install the leather and have the car ready by the time I got there. I flew down to Los Angeles (from the bay area) on a Friday afternoon and drove back with my new car on Sunday.
