Michael Dizacomo is a great service provider I had my 2016 Rav4 Serviced for the first time at the Hollywood Toyota dealer earlier this week. ( It was purchased from out of state) Michael told m I had my 2016 Rav4 Serviced for the first time at the Hollywood Toyota dealer earlier this week. ( It was purchased from out of state) Michael told me that the service would be no charge due to the low Milage and being under 2 years old. He also explained to me when I should have the next service done to best take advantage of my last free service. He also told me my cabin and engine air filters should be changed soon but that they would be okay until my next service, but to be sure to plan on having that done at that time. My appointment was at 9 am. He told me the service should take about two hours. At 11:05 it was ready. I was concerned about having my SUV serviced at such a busy dealership and being lost in the shuffle. I was glad that did not happen. Everything was taken care of promptly and with the upmost of curtesy. 👍👍Thanks, Terry R More
