No one was attentive when we tried checking in. We had an appointment, and no one would tend to us since we weren’t assigned to them. Our advisor never showed up and everyone brushed off our concern of not being seen. When we finally got checked in, we waited and when wanting to get a status on our car after waiting for 2 hours, again no one would help since they didn’t check us in. The person that checked us in left so again, we were left unattended and waited 3 hours to know our paper was lost on someone else’s desk. More

I have been a customer since 2016, but now I am with Mercedes due to being tricked into a new Highlander through deceptive tactics. I reach out to this number twice 954-893-4660 and as requested for assistance, left my name and message, but no return calls. I do not like to say bad things about people, but I can not stay silent about that one. More
