I had a appointment in the middle of the week for a alignment and balance. I was there for FIVE HOURS. I finally went up to the service manager, who didn't remember checking me in, to find out what was alignment and balance. I was there for FIVE HOURS. I finally went up to the service manager, who didn't remember checking me in, to find out what was going on. He told me that they were almost done and they still had to check my battery. CHECK MY BATTERY! I spent five hundred dollars there last visit buying a battery. I didn't want anything else done to the car other than what I brought it in for. FIVE HOURS to do an alignment in the middle of the week. What kind of service is that. Not once during the five hours that I was there did the service manager communicate with me to update me on the status of my vehicle . In addition to that, while I was sitting and waiting, I got an unsolicited sales pitch from an employee of the VIP section trying to sell me who knows what. She also promised to check on the status of my car........never heard from her again. More
