Okay service. Promise free service but you always end up paying for it. If you say the car is ready I expect to have the car parked outside. Not give the paper then a Toyota staff takes it and start to walk very slowly to go and get. Then they ask if you want to have it washed. Just washed the car and have it ready for the owners to drive. More

Horrible service, Twice in one week. Drove in maintenance department. They walk me in agent was servicing a customer, I’m on a cane so she was like have a seat I will come and get you on Drove in maintenance department. She said you are next, one hour later I’m still in the area sitting. I go back up she is literally helping other customers. She proceeded to help o e more customer, I guess she noticed I was standing in line. She then went outside to gather information for the other drivers then went over to my car. My appointment was at 8:15 a.m we are talking now 10:00 a.m Then around 12:00 p.m I still have not heard anything or sign an estimate for repair, I goes back up and again she is looking confused. I asked about my car then she preceded to explain the charges. I was like really nothing has been done all of this time. Give me and supervisor at this time I’m so over her lack of communication and customer service at this point. I wanted my car right away, Supervisor explained my car was in the wrong area. I knew he was lying also. He promised me one hour and I’ll be done. My door handle was broken, the sales agent only put the handle and not the key holder. I got all the way home and noticed it wasn’t done. I cal ten time never was connected to her or a supervisor so I drove all the way back. We over to the supervisor he was not professional at all neither. Saying you want this change it is only cosmetic, I told him why would it not be changed , I had to say it was ugly and yes it was to be changed with the broken handle part. I paid for the part to come the next day at 9:00 a.m . I arrived at 10:00 a.m as I had a deep it was not there. They was giving me all types of excuses, example too may orders was not delivered they were overwhelmed with orders. My part will not come until Monday July 8,2024 My Fourth of July holiday was ruined, I canceled two events because I wanted my handle fix which turned into a nightmare. I need corporate to be notified, of this matter. Also bad customer service is happening too frequently at this location my daughter came earlier that week and had similar issues.
