Usually top notch. This service visit however was not that. Everything from start to finish was horribly slow. Two hours for an oil change on a slow day is somewhat dis This service visit however was not that. Everything from start to finish was horribly slow. Two hours for an oil change on a slow day is somewhat disappointing. I normally get service on a Saturday when it’s super busy and it has never been like this visit. Also, the new check in process seems super disorganized. Hopefully it’s just about getting the bugs worked out and not the new normal. More
