I have had the worst experience with my latest interaction with the service department at Toyota of Hollywood. They kept my car for ten days and did not even fix the issue. Customer service communication terrible between mechanics and service agents . Salesperson was way too busy to take my appointment and manager assisted after telling me it would take an hour it ended up 4 ho and service agents .
