Service was done promptly and professionally. My only concern was that I had yo go twice, because the only employee that could take off the Toyota Hollywood sticker was not in. I’ve had an outstanding experience with Mr. Mitts at Toyota of Hollywood’s service department. Every time I visit, he is incredibly attentive and takes the time to explain what work needs to be Mitts at Toyota of Hollywood’s service department. Every time I visit, he is incredibly attentive and takes the time to explain what work needs to be done based on my vehicle’s schedule. What I appreciate most is that he’s never pushy, and his honesty and professionalism shine through in every interaction. I always leave the dealership feeling stress-free.
