Ese día mi esposo perdió el día entero nadie le daba información del carro y a las 5 pm le dijeron que el carro no servía que tenia que dejarlo, me parece una falta de respeto y un abuso porque perdió el día de trabajo nadie dio información no tuvieron ninguna consideración, además que pagamos las cuotas y el seguro que son bien caros para recibir este trato...cero recomendaciones More

I had an appointment for an oil change and had to wait 3. 5hrs. The TVs in the waiting area didn't work. And if an inspection was done I wasn't given the results and it wasn't discussed. I was called to schedule service. I explained my tire has been showing tire pressure low and I explain the reasons why I rather not go to the dealership for service. The hours that you have to wait or the inconvinece of a car rental that makes you put a deposit for the vechicle. I have 5 children 3 of them have autism. Time is very important, my children have therapies, they are special needs and can not be alone. The person that made my appointment promise this case would be different. He appologize for my past experience and even offer me a subway voucher. He said to arrive at 12 and I would be out on time to pick up my children. Arriving to the dealership 30min before my appointment I am told by Chris that it is not true, they can't promise that my car will be done on time. I asked for a manager and Mia took me to see the manager at the service department. He said what was my problem about getting a rental car and that if I did not want to get a rental, I can get my car back. I was trying to explain my situation and he kept talking over me saying are you going to let me talk. He kept saying are you going to let me talk, like if I was a child. I am a customer and he was being so unprofessional. He told Mia to have the valet pull my car to the front and gave his back to me. I told him ok so, your going to turn your back on me. And he turn around and kept saying that is all he can do. So I went to the front of the dealership and spoke to another manager who actually listen to me and had someone from VIP actually go and help me. All this couldve been avoided if the scheduling department did not promise something that is not going to happen. And if the service manager had a better training on handling situations like this. He is very unprofessional, rude and needs training. More
