Terrible experience. Brought my brand new 2024 vehicle in several times for a screech, which they could not figure out. Brought to another dealership and they discovered Brought my brand new 2024 vehicle in several times for a screech, which they could not figure out. Brought to another dealership and they discovered there was a chunk missing from my break pad. Extremely dangerous to be driving and Toyota of Hollwood just kept sending me home to drive the vehicle. Also, while in their service department, they damaged my bumper. They did end up replacing it (a month later) after trying to pop it out and send me on my way. Utterly unacceptable. Would never recommend. More
