Lost my locker keys. Gave a picture and left my number no response. I checked over the phone if there will be any delay, i was told busy hour is over, but still Waited Gave a picture and left my number no response. I checked over the phone if there will be any delay, i was told busy hour is over, but still Waited 2 hours just for oil change, my service sheet has waiter written on it, despite telling them I confirmed over the phone that there was no delay and my front driver side bumper was mis aligned and I had to press it, don’t know what happened it was not loose like this. Most important, I had 3 locker keys attached and they gave me two keys separate along with the car key loosing one. More

I suspect my vehicle was never service. I was sitting on the outside, where I saw my car parked in the parking garage for the entire 2hrs I was there.
