I currently own a 2012 Camry and it is my third Toyota. Good information, professional help and wonderful results. I would very much like to commend Juan Carlos Reyes who in my opinion is a high quality and hardworking employee as well as a wonderful human being. His treatment of customers is always respectful and makes it his mission to provide all the information needed for whatever service required. I have always, always received the best service from him and also witnessed from afar how well he treats all his customers. He is definitely outstanding! More

Horrible service department I made a service appointment on line. It was about 3 days out. I chose 11:00 on a Wednesday just for an oil change. At 12:45 I was still waiting fo I made a service appointment on line. It was about 3 days out. I chose 11:00 on a Wednesday just for an oil change. At 12:45 I was still waiting for my car. I went to Evan Kendra to check on the car, he said my car didn't even go in yet. I explained I had an 11:00 appointment and he informed me that means it just put you in line. My way of thinking you take the appointment first that is why you make it. Finally at 1:30 my car was ready. What is the use of making an appointment. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a service manager. Nobody was available so I left my name and number on voice mail. Still have not heard from him. On the bottom of the invoice states you can now make service appointment 24/7 a week.. ...........WHY BOTHER........ More
I can't get a service manager to return my call for 5 days. I leased my 2016 car from toyota of hollywood , took it in twice for regular maintenence both time they broke my wheel cover and said nothing. Even before I let them do the work the second time, I brought it to their attention that they broke my wheel covers, and please take note that none are now broken. Guess what, they still broke it, and denied they did. For my third maintenance, I took it to lipton toyota, they discovered my tire pressure sensor was broken off, and just put back in the tire. The only persons that went into my tire was toyota of hollywood to put a patch inside the tire for a small nail in the tire, instead of just a plug. And then trying to charge me $40 for the patch, but still refusing to accept guilt for breaking my wheel covers. Now I've been trying to get in touch with a service Manger for 5 days to discuss my tire pressure sensor. I can't get any Manger to accept or return my call, for 5 days. My next option is to drive the 40 minutes there. More
Service center tried to SCAM me. Got quoted $900 by Drew Manning to fix my headlight because apparently there was an issue with the wiring harness. Asked for a written estimate repeatedly but never received one. Went to a different dealership the next weekend and got my headlight bulb replaced for $45. Will never go back here again. More
Thieves I came literally trusting them. I only wanted an oil change. However, I was told since it's my 1st time it's free. BUT LISTEN TO THIS. FREE MY xxx. Th I came literally trusting them. They took money without my consent which is considered burglary. All the managers did was say we can't do nothing. ! LIKE WELL YOUR SO CALLED TRUSTED EMPLOYEES should have been Checked. THEY DO NOT. ! I MEAN DO NOT PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST ! If they did I would have gotten back my money stolen from me. Nope. There employee was made 380 dollars richer. I will never ever come back or even recommend this location to anyone. How can an employee actually steal from customers and not have anything done to them. This is the worse place I've been too. Usually things like this should re taken care of immediately. But there they do not want to look bad. I'm sorry to say but you guys make Toyota look horrible. They need to find this employee and fire him because it probably hasn't been the first time. It's ridiculous More
Worst service and customer service My took my car for recalled items to be replaced or repaired. The repairman was so rough, he broke the air vent, messed up the gloves(wont stay shut)s My took my car for recalled items to be replaced or repaired. The repairman was so rough, he broke the air vent, messed up the gloves(wont stay shut)scratched up my door frame and my steering column. It took them a month but they did replace the air vent they say they worked on the glove box, still broken, they refused to fix this Frame where they scratched it and the service manager who is supposed to take care of the couches on my steering column can't seem to return my phone calls or make an appointment or get around to it for 4 months now. I will never buy a new car from them I will never take my car there for service I will drive ten miles farther. Everytime you call you are put on hold for 20 minutes you leave multiple voice messages and no one calls you back including the service manager the assistant manager of the dealership or the GM or the owner. These people do not deserve your money. You have been forewarned. More
What a disappointment appointment! I have an appointment today at 8:00 am for oil change and asked to check my front right side brake, I have to mention that I am a customer at this loc I have an appointment today at 8:00 am for oil change and asked to check my front right side brake, I have to mention that I am a customer at this location for the past 14 years. I have been directed to Gregg Whyte as my service manager. I have arrived at 8:15 at dealership service and waited half an our on the appointment line to get my car serviced. Gregg was polite and gave me an estimate of 2 hours, which I have decided to take. I wait and wait hoping that maybe my oil change might be less than 2 hours. Guess what ? after patiently waited 3 hours I have asked what is the status of my oil change and ask Gregg to cancel my Brake Inspection and to return my car either way. Of course they did not even touch my car, I have it returned after three and a half hours after arriving at Toyota of Hollywood Service. Before leaving I have to find out what went wrong with my car and of course with my time. Next in line was Manager Brian Singletery which told me that I am the third person in line in my attempt to reach him. Polite and stress out he offer me to have my oil changed in one hour ...hmmm after having an appointment early in the morning.. My last attempt to find out why this happened to me or maybe for a positive solution was the Service Director John Diaz, which was honest and told me that he does not have an excuse for this situation. My personal opinion is that this Service either does not have enough personnel or is taking a lot more appointments that it can carry, creating a very bad environment for all people involved being involved, starting with customers and finishing with employees and management. Please avoid at all cost! unless they will remedy this awkward situation. More
