Your service department claimed to have rotated my tires, but no one ever asked me for my wheel lock (I hadn't thought of it at the time). I have been going to Toyota of Hollywood's Service department for at least 10 years. Drew Manning is an excellent service advisor! Service is always thorough and finished in a timely fashion.
