Horrible. Communication with me throughout my cars service was abysmal to say the least. Got my car appraised after I found out it needed its 3rd transmission Communication with me throughout my cars service was abysmal to say the least. Got my car appraised after I found out it needed its 3rd transmission (2020 Corolla hatchback mind you) and whoever told me how much my car was worth bold face lied to me over the phone. Once I got to the dealership they tried to go back on how much they were going to “realistically” give me for my car. Proceeded to give me my car back with all the dashboard lights regarding my transmission failure on. I cleared the code with my code reader and found additional codes on the dash that were not there when I gave them the car. Had to then leave the car there again over night. Had to call at least 15 times to get any information on my car the following day. Overall, a really unpleasant experience and completely unprofessional. Extremely unorganized and tbh I don’t believe they do a good job with repairs as both issues I experienced were already issues I had brought my car I for previously and had repaired there. More than likely will never bring my car back to Toyota of Hollywood. More

The service done here is good but it takes a really long time to.do it. I.was there at 7:30 on the morning and I left the.place well after 9:30 am.
