Brandon my service rep was great but other employees purposely ignored my questions. Dropping off my car I made an appointment over the phone but when I got there several service reps would look away wh purposely ignored my questions. Dropping off my car I made an appointment over the phone but when I got there several service reps would look away while I waited or walked away from their desk when I was next. I told one person I have an appointment and they told me to go to another guy. That guy said he’s not working anymore and then asked who send me to him, by then that rep left his desk. It was a mess. I had to literally raise my hand and ask who is actually working. That’s when Brandon actually helped me. Picking up my car was worse. I had a tow truck waiting 40 minutes because my keys was supposedly given to a salesman and Brandon wasn’t working that day and it took them 20 minutes to find out where my key phob was. I’ve noticed there’s bad communication between the departments from my appointment for pick up and drop off. More
Kept my car at the dealership for over 5 hours and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong. The window is making a clicking sound. All they had to do was open the door and they would have heard i proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong. The window is making a clicking sound. I booked an online reservation for the first appointment of the day. That way I was only there an hour and a half. It amazes me how long it takes them to do an oil change. I had tire rotation one of my tires had a big slice on the side. Nobody said anything about it. I drove to my sons house on the turnpike. When I was leaving my tire was completely flat. I don’t understand if they rotated tires they didn’t say anything and put the bad tire on my front. Not happy at all! More
