No one was attentive when we tried checking in. We had an appointment, and no one would tend to us since we weren’t assigned to them. When we finally got checked in, we waited and when wanting to get a status on our car after waiting for 2 hours, again no one would help since they didn’t check us in. The person that checked us in left so again, we were left unattended and waited 3 hours to know our paper was lost on someone else’s desk. More
